AC Connecticut Basketball

ACC High School Elite Preseason Camp gives serious players 3 days a week preseason package. It will run from Sept 16 - Nov 9 with over 36 hrs of training time! This preseason camp will give players the opportunity to work with some of the areas best trainers and also go against some of the best players in the SWC, FCIAC & NEPSAC.  

All players will recieve ACC reversible jerseys and have access to our Vertimax, Dr Dish shooting machine, Weight room and countless training hours. 

2X a week players will work on skill development, game shots as well as strength & conditioning with coach Rob Noone. 

Once a week players will be broken down in to teams of 5 where they will compete in live games. These games will be reffed and scored. We will invite numerous college coaches, High school coaches & prep school coaches to watch these games to give players more exposure. Stats will be kept during these games and players will have opportunities to purchase highlight tapes for them to use to send out to coaches to help with recruitment. 

This preseason camp is for those players who are looking to take there game to another level, change there weaknesses of last season to strengths before the start of the season. While also gaining exposure to play at the next level. We will talk with players about what they need to make sure they are doing off the court to give them the best chances to play at the next level.

SCHEDULE:

• DAYS: Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays
• DATES: September 16 – November 9 (no session 10/14) 
• GRADES: 9th - 12th
• TIMES: M/W 7-8:30pm (Training) & Sat 9-10:30am (Scrimmages)
• LOCATIONS: New Fairfield HS & Immaculate HS
• COST: $500 (Limited Space available)
