ACC Basketball Boys Summer AAU Tryouts 2024

Welcome to the ACC Boys Basketball Summer 2024 AAU Tryouts Registration

ACC is excited to have our Summer AAU season. Tryouts will be held at  Henry Abbott Tech High School on Friday May 17th. Times for each age group will be listed below. All team practices will be held at either the Community Center, NYA Sports & Fitness, Immaculate High School or New Fairfield HS. These tryouts are for boys  3rd - 12th. There is a $20 mandatory tryout fee.  Preregistration is required to attend tryouts. Please show up 15min early to your assigned tryout time.
 

The summer AAU Season run from June - July. Teams practice 2-3x a week and compete in 2-3 weekend tournaments. High schools teams will be competing in the NCAA Live Period. Practices are 75-90 minutes long and held Monday - Friday. Each team’s practice schedules are finalized after tryouts. 

 

AC Connecticut Basketball AAU program is focused on placing players in the proper environment to develop and compete. Our objective is to provide all player with a pathway to obtain success on and off the court. Player Development, Coaching and Competition are the building blocks to our program. ACC Basketball emphasizes the importance of teamwork, sportsmanship, and education. We place a major emphasis on development. We believe our drills fueled by our passion with a little bit of innovation in the way we train and think will create success.

 

 

SCHEDULE:

3rd - 5th Grade /  5:15-6:15pm

6th - 8th Grade / 6:15-7:15pm

High School / 7:15-8:15pm

Spring AAU Season Format:

Spring Season is March - June

Two 90minute practices per week

5-6 Tournaments Per Team

Tournaments vary depending on level of team

Uniform Cost: $180
